INTERNSHIPS
WE PRACTICE WHAT WE PREACH
If DM activities are intense, challenging and rewarding-- pushing participants to become more then they thought possible, then DM internships are the next level of intensity. Interns become teachers here, and teachers must practice what they teach by enduring their own intense experiences. Since they are instructors-in-training, interns will be charged with pushing themselves and participants towards spiritual, mental and physical growth.
Our internships are rich learning experiences, full of variety. Interns will develop hard skills related to outdoor leadership and soft skills related to group dynamics. In addition, interns will join the staff in promoting DM's mission and physical maintenance. This includes cleaning bathrooms, repairing buildings, public-relations projects and more. Our foremost aim is for interns to become dynamic, Christian leaders in their future endeavors. We have a glorious training ground.
